PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR TICKETS.

When buying your tickets, PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE A EMPTY SEAT IN BETWEEN YOUR SEAT AND SOME ELSE. Service fees are not included on ticket price. The total ticket price will appear at check out. Once you purchase your tickets you will receive two emails. The first email is your order confirmation. The second email will include your electronic tickets. The day of the event you can print your ticket or show the electronic ticket on your cell phone at the entrance.

IMPORTANT: If you leave an empty seat in between when buying your tickets, the event production has the right to move your seat. If this happens, the Event Production will contact you to let you know.

YOUR TICKETS IS NOT TRANSFERABLE. Only the person who's name appear on the ticket can attend the event. Also, it is important that you hold on to your ticket at all times. Your ticket can be invalidate if it is torn, any part of the ticket is missing, if ticket is duplicate or falsify.

It is your responsibility to verify that ALL the information submitted is correct before buying your tickets. Alex Torres Productions is NOT responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Remember the day of the event to bring your printed ticket or the e-ticket on your cellphone devise.
